摘　　要：针对企业安全管理能力研究存在的缺陷,综合归纳了企业能力及安全管理的相关研究,提炼了企业安全管理能力的概念与内涵,对企业安全管理能力划分方式进行了探讨,讨论了企业安全管理能力的研究意义。INow there are some weak points in the study of firm's safety management capability and the paper summarizes the result of its relative research and gives a definition and connotation about it. The paper makes a study of the mode to divide firm's safety management capability and discusses its significance.
