摘　　要：在详细分析我国工业节能现状、潜力及节能监测服务体系建设意义的基础上,有针对性地提出了吉林省节能监测服务体系建设的对策,为政府决策部门节能减排工作提供措施建议。The countermeasures and significations of energy monitoring service system of Jilin province were analyzed in this paper. The energy saving situation and potential of China were also discussed. Policy suggestions and measures were offered for the government. It was shown that energy monitoring service system was very effective for the energy saving and the pollution reduction and control of China.
