摘　　要：综述了苯丙氨酸的生产和应用。苯丙氨酸既可以直接作为医药产品、食品添加剂和饲料添加剂,又可以作制备抗癌药物的中间体和阿斯巴甜的原料,其市场需求量逐年增加,指出苯胺路线是一种值得发展的路线。The manufacture and application of phenylalanine were summarized in this paper. Phenylalanine was used not only as medicine products, food additives and feed additives, but also as intermediate product of anti-cancer medicine and Aspartame. The demand amount is bigger and bigger. The manufacture methods of phenylalanine was summarized. It was pointed out that aniline way was worth developing.
