摘 要:目的:选择修复乳牙龋的理想充填材料。方法:178颗患牙随机分为3组,分别用银粉玻璃离子、光固化复合树脂和玻璃离子水门汀充填修复。随访观察2年。结果:3种材料修复成功率分别为91.80%,72.41%和74.58%。两两比较,银粉玻璃离子组与光固化复合树脂组、银粉玻璃离子组与玻璃离子水门汀组修复成功率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);光固化复合树脂组与玻璃离子水门汀组修复成功率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银粉玻璃离子是修复乳牙龋较为理想的材料,其疗效优于光固化复合树脂与玻璃离子水门汀。Objective: To select good materials to fill deciduous caries, Methods: 178 teeth with deciduous caries were divided into three groups randomly, and filled separately with glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative, light-cured composite and glass ionomer with follow-up of two years. Results: The success rate in group of glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative was 91.80%,group of light-cured composite 72,41% and group of glass ionomer 74.58%.The difference were statistically significant between group of glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative and light-cured composite; group of glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative and glass ionomer, respectively (P〈0.05). The difference was not statistically significant between group of light-cured composite and glass ionomer (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative works better than light-cured composite and glass ionomer and is a ideal filling material for deciduous caries
