太极扣精密附着体在肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺失修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:介绍太极扣精密附着体修复肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺失的适应证选择、临床使用注意事项及疗效观察。方法:选择26例第一及第二磨牙缺失的肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺失患者,利用太极扣附着体进行单侧修复,追踪随访,分别从主观感觉、口腔检查和X线检查观察其修复效果。结果:临床随访1.0～2.5年,25例患者义齿固位良好,行使功能佳,基牙及牙周组织健康,1例折断,成功率95%。结论:太极扣精密附着体在肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺失修复中取得较好疗效,值得推广。Objective： To introduce the indication,the clinical points for attention and observe the effect of Stern ERA attachment. Methods：Twenty-six patients with the frist and the second molars defect were restored with Stern ERA attachment. The effect of the single side design selected,and the teeth were observed with subject sense,oral and x-rays examination. Results： All patients were followed up for 1.0-2.5 years. Twenty-five patients were satisfied with good retention,normal function and healthy periodontiurn.1 failed for the fracture of denture. The successful rate was 95%. Conclusion： The restoration of Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect with Stern ERA attachment is a practical method.It is worth extending.
