摘　　要：稳定土厂拌设备的标定是保证拌和混合料配比准确性和质量的前提,稳定土厂拌设备在生产前必需对计量装置进行静态和动态标定。介绍了稳定土厂拌设备的计量原理,在工程实践的基础上总结了一种行之有效的静态和动态标定稳定土厂拌设备的方法,分析了标定结果的误差和收敛性,同时对标定准备工作和注意事项也作了具体说明,对广大施工单位的稳定土厂拌设备的标定有一定的指导作用。Calibration of stabilized soil mixing plant is prerequisite of certified accuracy and quality of stabilized soil mixing. Stabilized soil mixing plant needs to carry on static and dynamic calibration for its measure equipments before production. This paper introduces the measurement principles of stabilized soil mixing plant, a valid method is summed up from the engineering practice to calibrate the stabilized soil mixing plant, analyses error and astringency of calibration consequences, and preparations and notable problems during the function of the calibration are also specified. It will be of some use to units in charge of construction in the practical construction.
