文峪金矿主辅分离辅业改制实证调研——市场接纳度—主业依赖度模型的探索及运用

摘　　要：通过研究文峪金矿这一大型资源型国企的具体情况而设计了国企主辅分离辅业改制的的设计方案。首创性地提出了市场接纳度-主业依赖度模型对文峪金矿的辅业进行划分并提出了相应的改制方案。这一模型不仅对文峪金矿的主辅分离辅业改制有现实意义,对其他国企的主辅分离辅业改制也具有指导意义。By investigating the practical case of a state enterprise, Wenyu gold mine, the authors design a plan to separate the main work and side work in a state enterprise. In this paper, the authors for the first time put forward the model of market - receiving degree and main work dependence degree. This model not only has the realistic meaning for the main and side work separation in Wenyu gold mine but also has the instructive meaning for the same separation in other state enterprises.
