沼泽红假单胞菌发酵工艺研究

摘　　要：从鱼塘底泥中分离得到一株经鉴定为沼泽红假单胞菌菌株,对其发酵培养基参数碳源、氮源、营养因子等进行了研究,结果表明,乙酸钠为碳源、氯化铵为氮源较佳,酵母膏、微量元素对菌数增长有明显的促进作用。A strain of Rhodopsendomonas palustris was isolated from the mud of fish ponds and was identified.The carbon sources, nitrogen sources were studied by using growth factor of the mediums of R.palustris.The results showed that CH3COONa as carbon sources and NH4Cl as nitrogen sources were the most suitabe, adding yeast extracts and trace elements could apparently stimulate its growth.
