摘 要:利用静态暗箱/气相色谱法对三江平原毛果苔草沼泽4个生长阶段(开花期、果熟期、果后营养期和枯萎期)进行CH4排放通量的日变化观测实验。结果表明,毛果苔草沼泽这4个生长阶段CH4排放通量的日变化规律不一致,开花期时表现为无明显规律,果熟期、果后营养期和枯萎期时其变化均为单峰曲线,峰值分别出现在9时、19时和13时。CH4排放通量的日变化与温度的相关性不明显。对比各生长阶段CH4的日平均通量值发现,果熟期和果后营养期CH4日均通量大,而开花期和枯萎期的日均通量明显减小。从整个生长季来看,CH4排放通量的日变化与气温、水温、5cm地温、10cm地温、15cm地温和20cm地温均呈极显著的正相关关系。温度是影响CH4排放通量变化的主要因素。Diurnal variation of CH4 emission fluxes from Carex lasiocarp marsh in four growing stages (flowering stage,fruiting stage,post grain-filling stage and blight stage) in Sanjiang Plain were measured by closed opaque chamber and gas chromatography system.The results showed that the diurnal variation of CH4 emission flux was not consistent in different growing stage.There was no obvious variation law in flowering stage.The diurnal variable curves of CH4 flux were all single peak in fruiting stage,post grain-filling and blight stage.And the maximum showed at 9:00,19:00 and 13:00 respectively.The diurnal variation of CH4 flux had no obvious correlation with temperature.The average of CH4 flux was high in fruiting stage and post grain-filling stage,while decreased in flowering stage and blight stage.CH4 emission flux had significant positive correlation with air temperature,water temperature,5cm,10cm,15cm and 20cm ground temperature in whole growing season. Temperature was the important factor impacting on CH4 emission flux.
