针刺配合语言训练治疗皮质下失语症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合语言训练治疗皮质下失语症(SCA)的临床疗效。方法将入选病例分为治疗组32例和对照组26例,对照组仅给予脑卒中常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上,施行针刺及语言训练。结果4周后,治疗组语言功能较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率87.5%,与对照组61.5%比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合语言训练对皮质下失语症患者语言康复有积极的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with language training on subcortical aphasia.Methods 32 cases in treatment group and 26 cases in control group were given routine medication,in addition,treatment goup accepted acupuncture and language training.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,patients＇ language function improved significantly in treatment group compared with that of control（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group,while it was 61.5% in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with language training is effective on subcortical aphasia.
