摘　　要：在对中国纺织企业的核心竞争力分析的基础上,探讨了纺织企业动态联盟组织模型的建立,分析了动态联盟组织体系的组建过程、特点、组织结构建设等问题,并对动态联盟组织内环境建设提出了建议.This thesis sets up and promotes the core competitive organization. This article discusses thedynamic alliance organization model of the textile enterprise. And it analyzes the processes of the dynamic alliance organization system and the characteristic, organizational structure construction. This thesis gives theconstructive comment to the dynamic alliance organization environment construction.
