摘　　要：目前成人高等教育管理的问题日益增多且日益严重化,原因固然是多方面的。但症结还在于管理体制的不合理和管理理念的陈旧落后,因而,成人高等教育管理引入经营理念,形成经营型的成人高等教育管理思路,是在市场经济条件下求得生存和迎接挑战的必然选择。The cause for the current issues of adult higher education management of increasing number and growing magnitude is multifaceted. But the crux lies in the management structure of the irrational and outdated management ideas, and thus, the introduction of adult higher education management business ideas, a business-oriented management of adult higher education, is the inevitable choice under the conditions of market economy for their survival and to meet the challenges.
