摘　　要：本文分析了现代生成语法中的约束理论的相关术语和主要内容,包括约束三原则,并用英语和汉语中的语言事实证明所述理论,以此说明约束理论的普遍语法性。The paper analyzes the main terms and content, including Binding principles, in Binding Theory, which is one of the basic theories in the modern Generative Grammar. Expounding the Binding principles with sentences from both the English and the Chinese languages, this paper illuminates the grammatical universality of Binding Theory.
