彩色多普勒能量图在肝小血管瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒能量图（CDPI）、彩色多普勒血流图（CDFI）结合脉冲多普勒观测26例（38个病灶）肝小血管瘤血流情况。结果显示：CDPI在病灶内彩色血流显示率、“静脉血流延伸”征及深呼吸病灶内“繁星闪炼”征检出率方面均高于CDFI。我们认为CDPI在肝小血管瘤诊断与鉴别诊断上有较大的应用价值。Blood flow characteristics of 38 small hepatic hemangioms in 26 patients were studied by color Dopplerpower imaging (CDPl), color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed-wave Doppler. The results showed that CDPI hada higher positive rates of the intrahemangioma blood flow with higher inserting venous blood flow sign and deep breath in-trahemangioma glinting stars sign than CDFI. It is suggested that CDPI is very useful in the diagnosis and differential diag-nosis of small hepatic hemangioma.
