摘　　要：21世纪,几经曲折的中国人文社会科学事业面临新的挑战与机遇,只有正视人文社会科学发展中存在的问题、把握人文社会科学发展的特点和规律、营造适合自身发展的环境,创建出科学自主的新理念、新观点、新方法及新理论,才能不断针对新出现的国际局势和国内问题做出及时回应,为中国富强和中华民族复兴做出更大的贡献。In the 21st century, the tortuous humane and social sciences in China is faced with new challenges and opportunities. As is pointed out in the thesis, we should take a practical attitude to face the problems in the development of humane and social sciences, find the features and rules, create a suitable environment for its further development, and put forward scientific new ideas, new methods and theories. Only in this way can we make a prompt response to any new national and international situations and make a greater contribution to our country＇s prosperity and national rejuvenation.
