摘　　要：应用免疫组化双标记方法定位检测35例胃癌标本p53与C－erbB－2癌基因蛋白。发现p53与P185在胃癌组织中表达分别定位于不同的细胞，仅有单个细胞同时表达2种癌基因蛋白。本文并对它们在胃癌病理变化中的意义进行了初步探讨。Thirty-five Cases of gastric cancer were examined to located p53 and p185 oncoproteins with a double immunohistochemical method. It was found that the expression of p53 and p185 in the tissues of gastric cacinoma respectively located different cells and occasionally, single cell simultaneously expressed po3 and p185 oncoproteins. Significance of the findings in the pathological changes of gastric cancer were discussed.
