摘  要:观察了30例高脂血症患者口服鱼油后血脂、载脂蛋白、血小板聚集率、血粘度等指标的变化,探讨鱼油在临床治疗中的价值。结果显示:服用鱼油后血清甘油三酯(TG)水平显著下降,总有效率66.7%,平均下降37.1%(P<0.01);总胆固醇(TC)水平降低,总有效率53.3%,平均下降16.0%(P<0.01);而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),载脂蛋白A1及B(apoA1,apoB)水平无明显变化;但HDL-C/TC,HDL2-C/HDL3-C,apeA1/apoB比值服药前后差异显著(均为P<0.05)。服药后血小板聚集率、血粘度、纤维蛋白原含量明显下降(P<0.05,0.01)。研究结果说明鱼油制剂(EPA+DHA840mg/d)能有效调整血脂水平,以降TC效果明显;显著改善血小板功能及血液流变学指标,从而发挥其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,在临床治疗中有推广价值。Effects of daily fish oil supplement on serum lipids, apolipo-protein, platelet aggregation,hemorrheologic variables and plasma fibrinogen were evaluated in thirty hyperlipidemic subjects. Ingestion of fish oil resulted in a 37.1 % decrease in triglyceride(TG) (P<0.01) and a 16. 0% decrease in total cholesterol(TC) (P<0.01). High density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein AI and B (apoAl, apoB) didn't change significantly after treatment of fish oil, but significant decrease in the ratio of HDL-C/TC, HDL2-C/HDL3-C,and apoAI/apoB were observed. Also decreased were the levels of blood viscosity and plasma fibronogen (P<0. 01). Platelet aggregation induced by ADP was inhibited by fish oil. We conclude that fish oil (EPA+DHA 840 mg/d) is a feasible treatment for hyperlipidemic patients and has a beneficial effect on several risk factors of atherosclerosis.
