MMP-3在人大肠癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)在人大肠癌组织中的表达,以探讨其与人结肠癌进程的相关性。方法:应用光镜、电镜对结肠癌组织进行形态学观察,用免疫组化方法检测MMP-3的表达。结果:结肠癌晚期组MMP-3表达水平高于早期组,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。电镜观察可见在结肠癌早期,淋巴细胞和树突状细胞浸润较多,癌细胞穿基膜不明显;晚期,淋巴细胞和树突状细胞浸润较少,癌细胞穿基膜明显。结论:MMP-3在大肠癌晚期组织中的表达高于早期。提示MMP-3与结肠癌进程有直接关系。MMP-3的表达程度可作为判定结肠癌侵袭、转移和预后的指标。Objective：To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-3 （MMP-3） and carcinoma of human colon from their expressions in the tissue of carcinoma of human colon.Methods：The light and electron microscopes were used to observe morphological modification of the tissue of carcinoma of human colon. The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-3 were detected by immuno-histochemical methods.Results：MMP-3 expression in tissue of terminal carcinoma of human colon was higher than that of early carcinoma（P〈0.01）.Under TEM,there were more lymphocytes and DC in early carcinoma of human colon and fewer tumor cells that penetrated basal membrane.In terminal carcinoma there were fewer lymphocytes and DC,but more tumor cells that penetrated basal membrane could be observed.Conclusion：MMP-3 expression in tissue of terminal carcinoma of human colon is higher than that of early carcinoma.These results indicate the relation between MMP-3 and the progress of carcinoma of human colon.MMP-3 expression is the targets of invasion, metastasis and prognosis of carcinoma of human Colon.
