摘  要:对NH3再生提高V2O5/ACH催化剂脱硝活性的微观机理进行了分析.结果表明,在初次同时脱硫脱硝过程中,V2O5/ACH催化剂表面会形成一定量的含氧官能团和有利于NH3化学吸附的SO24-离子,进而在330℃NH3再生过程中,含氧官能团与吸附的NH3反应转化为含氮官能团;在二次同时脱硫脱硝过程中,NO不仅与NH3反应,而且也与催化剂表面形成的含氮官能团反应,从而提高了V2O5/ACH催化剂的脱硝活性.The mechanism of NH3 regeneration was investigated to improve NO removal activity of V2O5/ACH catalyst, which was used for simultaneous SO2 and NO removal from flue gas at 200℃. The NO removal aetivity of V2O5/ACH is improved significantly via the following mechanisms. A certain amount of oxygen functional groups and the sulfate species are formed on the catalyst surface during the first processes of SO2 and NO removal in the presence of O2, moreover, the sulfate species are favorable for the chemical adsorption of NH3. And then NH3 is converted into nitrogen functional groups by reaction with the adsorbed oxygen functional groups in 5% NH3/Ar at 330℃. Therefore the NO removal activity of V2O5/ACH was promoted by the reactions of NO with both NH3 and the nitrogen functional grouos.
