摘　　要：自学考试制度作为一种证书检验与鉴定制度,具有对象的开放性、方式的灵活性、运作的统一性、结果的权威性特点;作为一种证书培训与教育形式,具有教育资源组织充分、侧重提供学习资源和内容、致力于终结性考试环节、管理系统与网络覆盖全国的优势;作为一种以达到证书要求为目标的自主学习制度,既能培养自学能力,又能促成社会好学风气。这些对现代证书制度的发展都有着积极的推动作用。As an appraisal system of identification papers system, the system of self-study examination has features as open object, nimble way, unit operation, authority conclusion. As a training way of identification papers system, it has features as organizing education resources frequently, emphasizing on supplying study resources and the last link of examination, covering all the country through management system. These features become special function superiority to promoting the development of modem identification papers system.
