摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是我国当前和今后一个时期国民经济和社会发展的主旋律。更多的大学生面向社会主义新农村建设就业是时代的需求,也是历史发展的必然。大学生、高等学校和各级政府要充分利用这一难得的历史机遇,进一步转变就业观念,推进教学改革,改善政策环境,实现大学生就业和社会主义新农村建设的有效对接。Building new socialist rural areas is the theme of our country＇s social and economic development in the coming future. It is an inevitability of history as well as the need of the time for more and more university graduates looking for employment in the construction of building new social rural areas. Students, universities and governments in all levels should take the opportunity to transform employment concepts, further teaching reform and better policy environment, reducing employment pressure and at the same time promoting the construction of rural areas.
