摘　　要：围绕知识共享范畴,将设备知识的管理分为隐性知识管理和显性知识管理。从社会关系与信息技术的视角出发,将知识网络分为基于社会关系的知识网络和基于信息技术的知识网络。同时根据企业设备管理特点及现状,提出了构建企业设备管理知识网络的方法。While the management of equipment knowledge falls into that of implicit knowledge and that of ＂explicit knowledge, knowledge network is divided into that based on social relations and that based on information technology in this article. In light of the characteristics and present condition of enterprise equipment management, the method of constructing equipment management knowledge network in enterprise is proposed.
