摘  要:目的探讨P27、P16与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测43例侵袭性垂体腺瘤和37例非侵袭性腺瘤的P16、P27和PCNA蛋白表达水平,分析P16、P27与PCNA蛋白表达水平之间的相关性。结果垂体侵袭腺瘤P16、P27蛋白表达较非侵袭组显著性减低,差异有统计学意义;复发组P16蛋白表达阳性率与非复发组之间,差异无统计学意义;P27蛋白表达在非复发组减低,差异有统计学意义。三者的表达水平具有相关性。结论P16、P27蛋白表达异常与侵袭性垂体腺瘤的PCNA有关。Objective To explore the relationship in protein expression between both P16 and P27 and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in pituitary adenomas. Methods The expressions of the proteins were examined by immunohistochemical S-P methods in 43 invasive pituitary adenomas and 37 non-invasive adenomas. The correlation of the abnormal expression of proteins P16, P27 and PCNA was analyzed. Results The expressions of proteins P16 and P27 in invasive pituitary adenoma group were significantly lower than those in non-invasive adenoma group. There was no significant difference in expression of protein P16 between the relapse group and non-relapse group. The expression of protein P27 in the relapse group were significantly higher than that in the non-relapse group. Correlation analysis showed that there was definite relationship among the expressions of P16, P27 and PCNA in pituitary adenomas, Conclusion The abnormal protein expressions of P 16 and P27 was related to invasion of the proliferation cell nuclear antigen in pituitary adenomas, which can be taken as indicators to evaluate the tumor invasive potential and prognosis.
