摘　　要：综述了高蛋白木本饲用植物的粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪等概略营养成分,氨基酸、矿质元素、维生素等纯养分,抗营养因子单宁、含羞草素等化学成分的营养价值及高蛋白木本饲用植物在饲喂反刍动物牛、羊和单胃动物鸡、鸭、兔、猪的生物学方面的饲用价值,并总结了其刈割技术及粉碎、青贮、叶蛋白等饲料加工利用方法等方面的研究成果。The contents and nutritive values of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, amino acids, mineral elements, vitamins and anti-nutritional factors, such as tannin and mimosine, in high protein ligneous feeding plants, were introduced. And the feeding values for ruminant and mono-gastric animals were discussed. Otherwise, the processing and utilization techniques of high protein ligneous feeding plants, for example, harvesting, grinding, silage, leaf protein concentration, were introduced.
