摘　　要：建立了木材及木制品中五氯酚的气相色谱测定法。样品经丙酮提取，浓硫酸净化，正己烷萃取后吹干，于0．1mol／L K2CO3的介质中用乙酸酐衍生，采用HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱分离，ECD检测器进行检测。在0．01—50mg／L的范围内线性关系良好；检出限为0．005mg／kg；相对标准偏差为2．6％～3．6％；回收率在89．3％～103．5％之间。方法具有灵敏、简便、准确的特点。A method for the sample pretreating and determination of pentachlorophenol in wood and wood product by gas chromatography has been established. The samples were extracted with acetone, the extract is cleaned up with concentrated sulphuric acid, and then extracted with n-hexane, dried up and derivatized with acetic anhydride in potassium carbonate media. The derivative was separated by the capillary column （HP-5） and detected by electron-capture detector. The linear relation is fine in the range of 0.01 - 50 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient, the minimum detection limit, recoveries and the relative standard deviation are 0.997, 0.005 mg/kg, 89.3% - 103.5% and 2.6% - 3.6% , respectively. The method is sensitive, simple and accurate.
