摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了三基色荧光灯用Ba MgAl10O17∶Eu2+(BAM∶Eu2+)蓝色荧光粉,考察了助熔剂对BAM∶Eu2+物相纯度、粉体颗粒形貌和发光强度的影响.通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱等手段,研究了样品的物相、形貌和发光强度.结果表明,以AlF3、BaF2和NaF为助熔剂的样品相对于以LiCl、NH4Cl和未加助熔剂的样品更有利于BAM∶Eu2+的生成;采用适当的助熔剂可以得到不同形状的荧光粉颗粒;在254nm的紫外线激发下,使用不同种类助熔剂样品的发射光谱强度由强到弱依次为AlF3、BaF2、NaF、LiCl、未加助熔剂和NH4Cl.对不同助熔剂作用下BAM∶Eu2+样品的发光强度发生变化的原因进行了分析.BaMgAl10O17 : Eu^2+ (BAM : Eu^2+) phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solidstate reaction method. AlF3, BaFz, NaF, LiCl and NH4Cl were chose as fluxes. The phase purity, particle morphology and optical properties of the blue phosphor were investigated using the X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photolumineseenee spectra. These results indicate that samples fluxed by AlF3, BaFz and NaF are prone to formation of pure phase than the ones fluxed by LiCl and NH4Cl. Particle size and particle shape are also influenced by using different fluxes. Luminescence intensities of the prepared phosphors are also decided by all kinds of fluxes. Finally, the highest photoluminescence intensity is achieved when 5wt% AlF3 was used as flux.
