摘　　要：分析高校学生社团管理与建设现状及存在的问题,提出推动高校学生社团发展的有效途径:(1)加快改革创新步伐,促进学生社团良性发展。(2)学校应加强对学生社团的支持,为学生社团的发展提供有力的支撑。(3)增强学生社团自身的凝聚力,促使社团健康有序地发展。The student communities in higher schools are the informal societies, which are voluntarily organized by students themselves according to their interests in life and study and run by themselves according to school regulations. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in building student communities in higher educational organizations, and puts forward some suggestions for their healthy development： （1） Reform should be strengthened in order to help student communities develop more quickly; （2） Students should lend forceful support to student communities; （3） Student communities should get united.
