On the basis of this, the author establishes the content system of teaching ability, expands more teaching resource, and set up a multi -dimensional teaching mode. Through practice, the mode can shorten the transforming period from professional thoery and technical to social work ability, and benefit students more comprehensive teaching ability so as to improve their comprehensive quality and social adaptability, and make their employment easier.
