摘　　要：对教学技能概念的本质进行了更新性认识,并赋予更充实的含义。在此基础上确立了教学技能内容体系,并通过新的教学技能培养模式的教学实践,缩短专项运动知识理论与技术技能向社会实际工作能力转化的周期,还使学生获得了更为多样全面的教学技能,提高综合素质和社会适应能力,拓宽就业路子。The author renews the understanding of the concept of teaching ability, and gives it a fuller meaning. On the basis of this, the author establishes the content system of teaching ability, expands more teaching resource, and set up a multi -dimensional teaching mode. Through practice, the mode can shorten the transforming period from professional thoery and technical to social work ability, and benefit students more comprehensive teaching ability so as to improve their comprehensive quality and social adaptability, and make their employment easier.
