摘　　要：喜树碱类药物是用于临床的拓扑异构酶Ⅰ抑制剂,是继紫杉醇后又一个很有发展前途的抗癌药,已成为目前抗癌药物中研究的热点。介绍近年来国内外对喜树碱类药物剂型和其前体药物研究方面的进展情况。Currently, camptothecins are a class of topoisomerase-Ⅰ inhibitor that has been used in clinical practice. It is a kind of anticancer drug with great prospect after taxinol and is becoming the hot research topic of anticancer drugs. The studies and applications of camptothecins＇ preparation and their prodrug are summarized in this paper.
