摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道肿瘤腹腔化疗中药泵相关并发症的表现、原因、处理方法和预防策略。方法对2002年1月—2006年6月经治的325例胃肠道肿瘤行术中植入化疗药泵,随访并总结与药泵相关的并发症,分析其表现、原因、处理和预防措施。结果共出现与化疗泵有关的并发症89例,发生率27.4%,其中泵周积液9例,泵周感染4例,药泵侧翻6例,泵周渗漏28例,药泵或导管堵塞11例,滴注不畅27例,其他少见并发症4例。结论植入式腹腔化疗泵相关并发症表现多样,应就不同的并发症采取相应治疗,规范的操作是预防并发症的重要措施。Objective To evaluate the complication of implanted ports with peritoneal catheter in intraperitoneal chemotherapy of gastrointestinal carcinoma. Methods From January 2002 to June 2006, 325 ports were implanted in patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma. The complications and their treatment and prevention methods were observed. Results From January 2002 to June 2006, 89 patients developed complication among 325 cases, the incidence being 27.4%, which included port reversal, local infection, etc. Conclusion The proper operation and procedure should adopt to prevent and treat the complications of implanted ports with peritoneal catheter
