摘　　要：目的分析采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的临床效果。方法回顾分析879例采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的术后效果。结果本组病例中797例(90.6%)达到手术治愈,解除泪溢症状。结论改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的有效方法。Objective To observe the useful treatment for the dacrycystorhionostomy to deal with the patients with epiphora and chronicdacryocystitis. Methods Using a modified surgical procedurs, a retrospective clinical analysis was performed in 879 cases with nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Results 797 cases （90. 65% ） in this group appeared the successful and free of bore epiphora following surgery. Conclusion The modified dacrycystorhinostomy is useful treatment for the patients with epiphora and chronicdacryocystitis. Also the osteotomy created, the anastomosis of nasal and lacrimal sac flaps, put rubber tube on the osteotomy, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding were discussed in detail.
