摘  要:目的探讨复合淀粉磷酸酯对含锶磷酸钙骨水门汀(CPC)性能的影响。方法在含锶CPC固化液中加入淀粉磷酸酯,考察其凝固时间、压缩强度、溶解率的变化,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜分析其水化产物结构及表面形貌。结果淀粉磷酸酯不妨碍含锶CPC的水化进程,添加浓度<1.2%时,含锶CPC的凝固时间稍延长,浓度为0.5%时最高压缩强度达32.6 MPa,体外溶解率增大。结论适量的淀粉磷酸酯可改善含锶CPC的性能,使其压缩强度和体外溶解率增大。Objective To evaluate the effects of phosphorylated starch on the properties of strontium-containing phosphate cement(CPC). Methods Phosphorylated starch was added in the solidifying liquid of strontium-containing phosphate cement and the setting-time, compressive strength, rate of dissolution were investigated. The hydrating product was analyzed by X-ray diffraction infrared spectum and electron microscope. Results Phosphorylated starch had no interference in hydrating process of CPC. When phosphorylated starch was less than 1.2 %, the setting time of CPC was prolonged slightly and the rate of dissolubility was increased. The compressive strength of cement was enhanced up to 32.6 MPa when the concentration of phosphorylated starch was 0.5%. Conclusion Proper phosphorylated starch can improve the properties of strontium-containing phosphate cement, the compressive strength and rate of dissolubility was increased.
