摘 要:采用淀粉、纤维素、蒙脱土(MMT)等为主要原料,选择合适的溶剂体系,通过溶液插层聚合制得了剥离型的复合材料,其中蒙脱土以单个片层的形式均匀分散到淀粉中,再加上具有线形高分子结构的纤维素的增强作用,有效地改善了淀粉塑料的耐吸湿性,并通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件。比较了不同溶剂体系下纤维素、蒙脱土的分散性,考察了不同条件下材料的拉伸强度、耐水性。Starch/Cellulose/montmorillonite(MMT) peeling nano composite was prepared by the solution insertion polymerization with starch, cellulose,MMT, etc as main raw materials, and with appropriate solvent system. The moisture resistance of the starch plastic was effectively improved because MMT was evenly dispersed into the starch by the single laminar layer, as well as the enhancement function of the cellulose with a linear high polymer structure. The optimum reaction conditions were defined by orthogonal experiment. The dispersibility of the cellulose and MMT in the different solvent systems was compared. The tensile strength and water resistance of the material were investigated under different conditions.
