摘　　要：SEA方法是一种系统效能评估方法,具有适用性广泛、有效性强等优点,但其可操作性不强并且细节表现能力差。针对SEA方法的不足,在分析SEA方法系统属性空间和使命属性空间关系的基础上,提出了一种基于SEA方法的计算模型,为SEA方法的实际应用提供了一条途径。System Effectiveness Analysis （SEA）is an effective and adaptive method for systems effectiveness evaluating ,but it is short of operational capability and representation ability of details. Based on analyzing the relationship between the system attribute space and the mission attribute space of SEA method, a SEA-based calculating model which offers a suitable way to use SEA method is presented.
