基于3S的极端干旱区县域生态功能区划研究——以新疆鄯善县为例

摘　　要：生态功能区划通过揭示生态系统空间分异规律,对生态地域和生态单元进行划分和合并。作为生态系统和自然资源合理管理及持续利用的基础,其目的是为产业布局、生态环境保护与建设规划提供科学依据。本文对极端干旱区县域生态功能区划的原理、原则与方法进行初步探讨,在此基础上应用3S方法对鄯善县进行了生态功能区划。将鄯善县分为5个生态功能小区。最后,文章分析了各功能小区在县域可持续发展中的地位、作用,指出各小区协调发展的途径。Through the revelation ecosystem space different - iation rule, the ecological - function regionalization can carry on the division and the merge to the ecology region and the ecology unit, which is the foundation of the rational management and sustainable utilization of ecosystems and natural resources. The target of ecological - function regionalization can provide the scientific basis for the industrial layout, the eco - logical environment protec- tion and the construction plan. The shanshan county （89°3′E - 91 °54′E,41 °12′N - 43 °33′N） is located in the east of Xinjiang province, its total area is 3.83×104km^2. As an area of fatal water- shortage, the problem of water supply and demand becomes more and more outstanding with the development of society and the growth of economy. Furthermore, the oasis is narrow and small as well as the natural disaster is frequent, hence the Shans-han county ecological environment is quite frail. Based on carrying on the pre - liminary discussion of the county ecological -function regionalization theory, the principle and the method, the research has carried on the ecological- function regionalization using the 3S technology to the shanshan county. The Five ecological -function plots are divided in the shanshan county. Thereafter, each plot is analyzed by its functions and the way to achieve county sustainable development is illustrated, The strategy in obtaining the harmonious development of all the units emphasize that the land use and industry should be deliberatively arranged to coincide with the roles of the plots in the entire region.
