新生儿淋菌性眼炎的快速诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种快速诊断新生儿淋菌性眼炎的方法——TF染色法。方法:先后对25例来门诊和住院的新生儿(均有眼分泌物增多)采集眼分泌物进行涂片,并做TF染色后置显微镜下查找淋球菌,同时追问其家长是否有婚外性行为以及有关卫生情况。结果:有5例诊断为新生儿淋菌性眼炎,与其家长(一方或双方)有婚外性行为相符,并对上述患儿进行了及时治疗,均治愈出院。结论:TF染色法可快速检查新生儿眼分泌物中的淋球菌,同时结合其家长的病史(主要指有婚外性行为)对快速诊断新生儿淋菌眼炎具有较强的实用价值。Objective：To introduce a fast diagnostic way of gonococcal ophthalmia in newborn,ie,TF staining method.Methods：The eye secretion was collected from 25 newborns who were out-and in-patients with much eye secretion and smeared respectively.These smears were stained with TF staining method,and then looked for gonococcus under microscope.The illegimate sexual act of parents and some related sanitations were investigated respectively at the same time.Results：Five of 25 newborns were diagnosed as gonococcal ophthalmia,which agreed with the illegimate sexual act of their parents （unilateral father or mother or both father and mother）.The sick newborns with gonococcal ophthalmia were treated in time,and all were cured and discharge.Conclusion：Combined with the related illness of parents （especially illegimate sexual act）,the TF staining method could rapidly examine gonococcus in eye secretion of newborn.So it is suggested that the TF staining method possessed a stronger utilized value in the diagnosis of gonococcal ophthalmia in newborn.
