摘  要:针对传统机械式横移机构对企业产品开发和生产效率的提高带来的制约,提出采用高速经编机电子横移机构将是经编行业的必然发展趋势。详细介绍高速经编机横移运动的要求,在此基础上确定了交流伺服控制方案及流程,并对如何确保横移运动的精确性和稳定性进行了深入研究,从机械和控制两方面得出了解决方案。结果表明该电子横移机构可靠性高、花纹设计方便,能很好地适应市场变化。In view of the constraint from the traditional mechanical shogging mechanism on the product development and increase of the production efficiency, this paper puts forward the employment of the electronic shogging mechanism of the high speed warp knitting machine, which will be the development trend of the warp knitting industry. In addition, this paper introduces in detail the requirements of the shogging motion of high speed warp knitting machine, based on which the alternative servo control scheme and flow is determined. Furthermore, this paper studies deeply about how to ensure the accuracy and stability of the shogging motion, and obtains the solving measures in terms of mechanics and control. The experimental results show that this kind of electronic shogging mechanism bears high reliability, facilitates the pattern design and can better adapt to the market changes.
