摘　　要：目的探讨坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法对42例颌骨骨折行坚固内固定患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其骨折复位固定的可靠性、咬牙合关系的恢复、术前及术后并发症的发生等进行分析,了解坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床效果。结果42例患者骨折复位及固定良好,咬牙合关系恢复正常,无严重并发症的发生。结论坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折具有疗程短、并发症少等优点,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法。Objective To present results of treating fractures of iaws by using rigid internal fixation. Methods 42 patients treated for fractures of iaws by using mini-titanic plate within a 6-year period were retrospectively studied. Results All the 42 patients gained good results. There were no serious intraoperative complications. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation by using mini-titanic plate is a good method of treating fracture of jaws.
