人工晶体取出术的临床分析

摘　　要：报告１５例人工晶体取出术病例，其中前房型５例，后房型１０例。人工晶体取出的原因有眼内炎４例，人工晶体脱位４例，难治性青光眼４例，大泡性角膜病和严重的角膜水肿各１例，视网膜脱离１例。方法采用直接取出或联合多种手术方式。多数病人术后视力提高或不变，因此人工晶体取出是治疗人工晶体植入术后并发症的有效方法。Fifteen cases of intraocular lens(IOl) explantation were reported.The types of these Iols were five eyes with anterior chamber IOls and ten eyes with posterior chamber IOls.The causes of IOl removal were endophthalmitis in four,IOls dis——location in four,glaucoma with poor prognosis in four,pseudophakic bullous keratopathy in one,serious cornea edema in one and pseudophakic retinal detachment in one case.Surgical procedures included direct IOl removal or many other combined surgeries.The postoperative visual acuities in most of the patients showed improvement or stabilization IOl explantation is an effective method in treating the critical complications after Iol implantation.
