生长激素和生长抑素联合应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究生长激素和生长抑素联合对重症急性胰腺炎的治疗。方法本组39例重症急性胰腺炎随机分为生长抑素治疗组（A组，n=15），生长激素和生长抑素联合组（B组，n=14），对照组（c组，n=10）观察各组治疗后血浆白蛋白、并发症、死亡率、住院日数。结果B组能减少并发症，降低死亡率，缩短住院日数，促进白蛋白的合成。结论生长激素和生长抑素联合应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎，有助于提高SAP患者的疗效，减少其并发症。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment with somatostatin（SST） and growth hormone（GH） on severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods Thirty-nine patients of SAP were divided randomly into combination SST ＋ GH treatment group（n=14）, SST treatment group（n=15） and control group（n=10）. The changes in blood albumin and the incidence of complica- tions, the duration of hospital stay and mort6ality were compared among these groups. Results The duration of hospital stay was significantly shorter in the combination treatment group（P〈0.05）. The treatment with somatostatin and growth hormone was associat- ed with reduction of incidence of complications and marked increase in survival rate. The serum level of albumin increased significantly in the combination treatment group after 10 days treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of GH and SST could improve the clinical effect in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
