摘  要:采用静态液相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用的方法来测定扎龙湿地水环境中内分泌干扰物辛基酚.该方法的精密度为4.2%,检测限为0.01μg/L.结果表明,该方法测定水样中的辛基酚具有装置简单,富集倍数高,易操作,选择性高,检测限低,灵敏度高等优点.Endocrine disruptors octylphenol in the water were determined by static liquid phase microextraction coupled with GC-MS method. The limit of determination and RSD were 0.01 μg/L and 4.2%, respectively. The result showed that this method had lots of advantages, such as simpler devices, higher enrichment, easier operation, higher selectivity, lower limit of detection and higher sensitivity.
