温肾健脾法治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的临床对照观察

摘　　要：将８０例化疗后白细胞减少症患者随机分为２组。治疗组４０例采用中医温肾健脾法治疗，对照组４０例服用利血生、鲨肝醇治疗。结果：治疗组显效３１例，有效６例，无效３例，总有效率９２．５％．对照组显效１１例，有效２例，无效２７例，总有效率３２．５％．两组总有效率比较，治疗组升高白细胞作用明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Cases of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy were divided randonily into two groups.40 were treated with TCM treatment of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen as treating group.The others were treated with leucogen and batylal cohol as control group.Result:In the treating group,31 responded the treatment markedly,6 responded and 3 failed to respond.The total response rate was 92.5%.While those of the control group were 11,2,27 respectively with a total response rate of 32.5%.The result indicated that the leukogenic effect of the treating group is much better than that of the control group(P<0.01).
