摘　　要：根据湖北地区的气候特征及其对村镇住宅的调查,提出发展村镇生态住宅的必要性,和本土生态技术的选择原则,应从节地、节能、环保、利废和新能源应用等多方面探讨,实现村镇住宅的可持续发展。According to climate features and the survey to v ilage and town houses, the article addresses that it is necessary to develop ecological houses and indicates the principle of selecting local ecological technology. The discussion shall be done from land saving, energy saving, environmental protection, waste utilization and new energy application, achieving the sustainable development of town and village houses.
