复健宁胶囊在白血病联合化疗中减毒作用的临床观察

摘　　要：复健宁胶囊由黄芪、紫河车、党参、甘草等组成。在白血病联合化疗中有明显的减毒作用。将54例患者随机分为用药组和对照组观察证明：恶心呕吐由91％降至38％，对减少白细胞降低总有效率91％，对减少血小板降低总有效率85％。Shool Hospital of Shandong Medical University,Jinan, 250000)Fujianning Capsules, composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Placenta Hominis,Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae and Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc., showed the strong attenuation during the association chemotherapeutic course for leukemia. The investigation result on 54 cases grouped into Chinese medicine and control groups at random indicated that this capsules inhibit nausea and vomiting from 91 % to 38%,and showed 91 % and 85% of total effective rates for reducing of white cells and lower platelet, respectively.
