射频热凝半月神经节治疗三叉神经痛的并发症及预防

摘　　要：近年来,经皮射频热凝半月神经节治疗三叉神经痛的技术在国内得到迅速发展。普遍认为该项技术治疗三义神经痛疗效很好(90～98%),相对比较安全。但对其可能发生的并发症及潜在的危险性尚欠足够的认识,只有零星的报告。The operative complications due to percutaneous radiofreguency thermocoagulation on gasserian neuralgia were analgsed. The total complication rate was 17.10%, the masseterpterygoid weakness was the most frequent (16.9%), the others were diployia (0.06%), hoarseness and dysphagia (0.01%), cutaneousparotidean fistula (0.01%), hearing decrease (0.02%), anesthetic dolor (0.03%), vision trouble due to keratitts orbital apex syndrome (0.02%), hemiplegia and aphasia (0.01%), hypertensive encephalopathy, (0.01%), the cause, mechanism, prognosis and prevention of the complications are discussed in this paper.
