替加氟注射液联合顺铂方案和CF-PF方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较替加氟注射液联合顺铂方案和CF-PF方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效与毒副反应。方法:将70例晚期鼻咽癌患者采用信封抽签法随机分组,替加氟注射液联合顺铂方案为观察组,CF-PF方案为对照组,平均化疗2.5个周期。结果:观察组有效率为72.22%(26/36),对照组为76.47%(26/34),两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组KPS改善率为69.44%(25/36),对照组64.71%(22/34),两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组白细胞下降发生率为25.00%(9/36),对照组47.06%(16/34),两组比较有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组恶心呕吐、口腔黏膜炎、腹泻发生率分别为44.44%(16/36)、5.56%(2/36)、22.22%(8/36),对照组分别为76.47%(26/34)、38.24%(13/34)、44.12%(15/34),两组比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:替加氟注射液联合顺铂方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌,有效率较高,与CF-PF联合方案疗效相当,毒副反应轻,病人耐受性好。Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of regimen Tegafur plus cisplatin and regimen cisplatin and Fluorouracil with Calcium Folinate （ CF - PF） to treat advanced NPC. Method 70 patients with advanced NPC were randomly divided into two groups ： Tegafur plus cisplatin as the observation group and CF - PF as the control group, with chemotherapy averaging 2.5 cycles. Results When comparing the following indexes of the observation group with that of the control group, we found the effective rates were 77.22% （26/36） vs. 76.47% （26/34） （ P 〉 0.05 ） , KPS score improving rates were 69.44% （25/36） vs. 64.71% （22/34） （ P 〉 0.05 ） , the descend- ing rates of leucocyte were 25.00% （9/36） vs. 47.06% （16/34） （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the nausea and vomiting rates were 44.44% （16/36） vs. 76.47%（26/34） （P 〈0.05）, the stomatitis rates were 5.56% （2/36） vs. 38.24% （13/34） （P 〈0.05）, the diarrhea rates were 22.22% （8/36） vs. 44.12% （15/34） （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with CF - PF, regimen Tegafur plus eisplatin has familiar efficacy and less toxicity in the treatment of patients with advanced NPC.
