摘  要:目的了解大学新生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况,探索大学预防艾滋病健康教育中的有效方法。方法在新生入学后进行基线调查,然后发放预防艾滋病健康教育处方,每人1份,自学1个月后,对基线调查班级学生进行效果评价。结果干预前后新生艾滋病知识知晓率分别为80.13%和89.42%(P<0.01)。干预前大学生对各类艾滋病知识的掌握不平衡,但总体知晓率较高。干预后,知晓率明显提高,各类艾滋病知识掌握不平衡的状况明显改善,效果理想。结论在大学新生中发放"预防艾滋病健康教育处方"是一项经济、有效的预防艾滋病健康教育措施。Objective To know the condition of AIDS knowledge in freshmen in some universities, and to explore the method of AIDS prevention in universities. Methods A base-line investigation about AIDS knowledge was taken when the new term began. Then the freshmen were given the prescription and studied by themselves, one month later, an effect accessment was taken to compare the two results. Results The average percentage of AIDS knowledge was 80.13% in basis investigation and 89.42% after the intervention ( P 〈 0.01 ). Before the intervention, the mastering of AIDS knowledge was not balanced,but the general knowing rate was high. After the intervention, the knowing rate increased and the imbalanced mastering of MDS knowledge was improved. Conclusion It is an economic and effective method in universities to provide health education prescription.
