住院网络成瘾青少年的心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院网络成瘾(Internet Addiction Disorder,IAD)青少年心理健康状况及其影响因素,为预防和控制青少年网络成瘾提供有效信息。方法采用自编一般情况、家庭情况及与网络成瘾有关的自我意识调查表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、父母养育方式评定量表(EMBU)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对596名经北京军区总医院诊断为IAD的青少年进行施测,以IAD青少年的SCL-90总分为因变量进行多元逐步回归分析。结果IAD青少年强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子分、总均分及阳性项目数均高于全国青年常模。进入回归方程的变量有EPQ的N因子、EMBU的父亲拒绝否认因子和父亲情感温暖理解因子、压抑感及对未来目标的认识。结论住院IAD青少年存在广泛的心身症状,其总体心理健康状况与神经质人格、父亲不当教养方式、过度压抑及对未来目标认识不明确有关。Objective To explore the health status and the influencing factors among adolescent inpatients with Internet Addiction Disorder （IAD）, and to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention against adolescents＇ IAD, Methods 596 young IAD inpatients were assessed with a self-designed questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and parental rearing style＇s EMBU. Results The scores of obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, general symptomatic index and number of positive items were significantly higher than those of the domestic norm, The multiple linear stepwise regression revealed that the nervousness of EPQ; father＇s refusal, rejection; father＇s warmth and understanding; feeling of oppression and cognition of future object entered regression equation, Conclusion The inpatients with IAD have bad mental health and are influenced by neurotic personality, bad parental rearing style, oppression and unclear cognition of future objectives.
