摘 要:针对传统自驱动无法为倍流整流电路在死区时间内提供驱动电压,导致同步整流管体内二极管导通、恶化同步整流性能的问题,文章采用栅极电荷保持驱动技术,解决了死区时间内同步整流管的导通问题。为了验证其理论的正确性,文中提出等效模型,研究它的电路特性并结合仿真分析,仿真表明漏感大小、驱动电阻阻值、并联同步整流管数对电路影响极大。据此提出变压器采取分层交叉绕制技术,并适当选择并联整流管数目及合理调节驱动电阻。Conventionally the driving voltage for current-doubler rectifier can not be supplied with self-driven circuits during the dead time to make the diode turn on and deteriorate the rectifying performance inside synchronous rectification. In this paper, a gate charge retention drive is used to solve the above. In order to verify the theory exactitude, an equivalent model is brought forward to study circuit characteristic with simulation analyzing, the simulation results indicate leakage inductance, driving resistance and the number of the rectifying tube is critical to the circuitry. Based on it, the transformer with interleaving structures is put forward with the proper number of the rectifying tube selected and driving resistance reasonably adjusted.
