叶下珠化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：从叶下珠phyllanthusurinaria全草中分离出11个结晶，除原报道的鞣花酸、没食子酸、β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜甙外，还有短叶苏木酚（brevifolin，Ⅵ）、槲皮素（quercetin，Ⅳ），芸香甙（rutin，Ⅶ）等。其中短叶苏木酚为首次从该属植物中分得。Eleven compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Phyllanthus urinaria L. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, 1H, 13CNMR,MS)and physicouchemical properties, seven of them were identified as 6rsitosterol (Ⅰ), ellagic acitl (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), gallic acid (Ⅴ), brevifolin (Ⅵ)and rutin(Ⅶ). Compound Ⅵ was isolated from P. urinaria for the first time.
